Blue Lagoon
The Blue Lagoon is a warm lagoon made of
geothermal seawater. The lagoon has healing
powers for some skin diseases. It is a very
popular stop for tourists. The Blue Lagoon
is on the way to the international airport in
Keflavík so it is an easy stop either when you
are coming or going, or both! There is also a
restaurant there and a nice spa where you can
have a massage on a mattress in the lagoon. On
your way out, you can buy some Blue Lagoon skin
care products made from the geothermal seawater. A
visit to the Blue Lagoon is unforgettable!
