The Ministry will evaluate the case and decide on any fur- ther action, considering that the Advisory Board is neithered empowered to make rulings on cases nor decide on rights and obligations. The Advisory Board will prioritise finding beneficial ways to tackle the problem at hand, and to giving everyone involved an opportunity to ac- cept responsibility, over defining the perceived bullying or its severity.
