We (live) in London in a big house near a large park.

My parents (be) quite young and they both (go) out to work.

My mother (be) a doctor and my father (be) a taxi driver.

He mainly (work) at night but he does (not work) at the

weekends.

He (like) to spend as much time as possible with us because he

(see) so little of us during the week.

My mother only (work) in the mornings, it (be) a half time job so

she (be) always at home when we (come) home from school.

I (be) glad because I (hate) coming home to an empty house.
