On holiday (R)

Greetings from Iceland. I (have) a wonderful time.

At the moment I (sit) in a restaurant called the Pearl.

Fred (be) with me and we (have) a cup of coffee.

The view from here (be) magnificent.

We (stay) at a very pleasant hotel though it (be) rather expensive.

Every morning I (get up) early and (go) swimming in an open-air pool.

Fred (not come) with me.

He (not like) getting up early.

He (say) he (be) on holiday.

We (go) sight-seeing every day. Iceland (be) a wonderful country.

However, Fred (not enjoy) himself.

He never (stop) complaining about the price of beer.

Honestly, he (miss) his local pub.

Why he (go) abroad I really (not know).

Tomorrow we (go) skiing. Even Fred (look) forward to that.

We (return) home on Sunday.
